RISD Move- out 2009

That time has come again when we need to collect excess materials from all the dormitories. This year we have a new strategy. We are going to set collection points in 15 west, the QUAD, and What Cheer studio and have people bring their stuff to us on Tuesdays and Thursdays May 12th - 29th from 10PM to MIDNIGHT.

If you volunteer for two shifts you can have EXTENDED HOUSING until May 31st, as well as first pick of the goodies! Just fill out your preferred shifts here.

Moving PARTY

This weekend 2nd Life is hosting a moving party from our old trailer to the new. (Check out the map to see where they are). Many hands make light work, so we can use all the help we can get. Show up This Saturday the 22nd at 12 noon to the new trailer location to get a sneak peak of the set up. Help move our stock out of the old trailer and then join us for lunch and tunes when its all done. Volunteers get a 2nd Life t-shirt while supplies last. See you there!

Sidewalk Sale at the Riverfront

We're having a huge sale this weekend at our new trailer (adjacent to the risd:store). EVERYTHING MUST GO! There's gonna be a great selection of useful stuff this time. Spread the word, and bring a friend.

Opening Sale

The trailers are overflowing! In order to clear out some space, we're having a big sale. Come early and get first pick of all the wonderful supplies. All proceeds will go back into 2nd Life. Bring supplies to donate too, if you have them!
